A Whisper in the Dark

One night, when Mommy was putting Cam in bed and reading him stories, the power went out for a few minutes. Cam was fascinated by this occurrence and immediately began to question Mommy about it. Mommy was distractedly trying to talk to him while figuring out what happened, as well as trying to text to make sure that Cam's big sister, Allie was OK.

The answers to his inquiries clearly weren't coming as quickly as he'd have liked.

Cam: What you mean, Momma?? What's da wecktwicity?

Mommy: Well...it's.. ummm...it's the stuff...that...ummm...

All of a sudden, Mommy heard a little whisper in the dark...

Cam: (in a little whisper) Come on, Momma...you can do it.

Me: What? I can do what, Cameron?

Cam: You can spwain bout da wecktwicity. I know you can.


Mommy's laugh could be heard around the block!
